As you can see, well, you can see little progresses in commissions, because I'm having issues with my right hand and sometimes I can't even hold a pencil let alone draw.

I've been in and out of hospital for 2 weeks now because of it. I'm working on commissions as much as possible, but because of the pain, I can hardly work an hour or two a day on them.

I just hope I won't have surgery.

I know it's no excuse, but please understand that I'm a human being too.

I'm so sorry for the inconveniences. m(_ _)m

I am disappointed.

I know you've been having issues with your hand, but I paid you almost 7 months ago for a commission and I haven't even so much as seen a work-in-progress from you. You kept promising to e-mail it to me, and I haven't heard / seen anything about it. This is ridiculous and completely unprofessional. I would have appreciated knowing what was going on and if you couldn't do the work, to at least get my 75 bucks back. 7 months with only one correspondence from you is absolutely beyond poor form and I will be getting my money back.
